Shipping & Handling

Expedited shipping means that your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time) and exclude the following holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days (or slightly longer) due to high demand.


Production Time

Production Time: 5 – 7 business days

Each product is handcrafted and made specifically for you. Therefore, production may take slightly longer than standard items. We appreciate your patience.

At this time, we provide standard shipping only (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico). We do not ship to U.S. military bases. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order.

After your order has been completed (3–5 business days production), it will be handed over to the shipping carrier. Tracking information typically becomes active within 1–3 business days.

If tracking information is not immediately available, it means the carrier has not yet processed the package. Once scanned, tracking updates will appear.

Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1–12 business days, depending on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Note: Transit times do not include production and order preparation time.


Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, marked “unclaimed,” “return to sender,” or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, we will notify you via email.

Once the returned package is received, we will process a refund for the order subtotal only.

  • Refunds are issued only after the item is returned to our facility
  • Banks may take 2–8 business days to process the refund after issuance

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

If you request the carrier to redirect or forward your package after shipment, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft.


Free Shipping Promotion Disclaimer

During “free worldwide shipping” promotions, any returned orders due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or refused deliveries will be refunded minus the original shipping and handling costs (calculated without the promotion).
